Return Refund

The period for refunding amounts according to the UAE system is from one to 15 days
The return policy at Oud Kalakas Perfumes Trading LLC is a policy that takes into account all customers. All purchases can be returned for free during conditional receipt according to the following conditions:
*The product has not been opened and is in its original condition and free of defects.

• If there is a defect in the product issued by our company.
• Submit the original invoice.
  Oud Kalakas Perfumes Trading LLC will bear the return costs within 8 days according to the following conditions:
• Receiving a damaged product.
• Receiving another product different from what was requested.
• Refunds can be made by contacting us or by sending us a company email including a photo of the order or products along with the original invoice.
  

There are no other fees for any product shown on the screen, and you can return the order provided that 5 days have not passed since receiving the order and provided that the conditions described in the return and exchange policy are met.
